How to Make a Marvel Falcon and The Winter Soldier Food Art Lunch!

My family has been loving Falcon and The Winter Soldier on Disney+! Of course, we have been loving these Avengers superheroes all along in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The problem with Wandavision ending was that we were going to be without our beloved Marvel superhero shows. Then this show came along to fill our time and we aren't complaining. The only problem is that we are a little behind but don't tell anyone, we will catch up soon!

Until then I had to celebrate this amazing season one with Sam and Bucky and make my kids a Falcon and The Winter Soldier food art lunch! It is complete with a Captain America shield sandwich and Falcon uniform dessert. I guess this will have to tide us over until Loki finally debuts! Keep reading for how to make it.

Ingredients: Bread, cream cheese, sliced strawberries, cut apples, blueberries, white cheese, raisins, graham crackers, silver food coloring spray, red fondant, optional superhero sticker.

Directions:

1. Cut bread in a circle and spread on cream cheese. In this order arrange a circle of strawberries on the outside, then apples, then strawberries again, then fill in the middle with blueberries. Cut a piece of cheese into a star shape and place on top.

2. Place shield sandwich in main compartment of lunchbox and surround with blueberries.

3. Spray silver food coloring onto one piece of graham cracker. Stack more cracker pieces underneath and place in side compartment. Top with red fondant shaped like the logo on Falcon's suit. It is three stripes bent like a "V."

4. Finish with your child's favorite dried fruit in a second side compartment. I used raisins. Then place a super hero themed sticker on top.
