My older kids and I are loving WandaVision on Disney+ so I made each of them a lunch to celebrate our latest obsession. At the time of writing this there are only three episodes but we can't wait to see more. It is so fun to watch Wanda (Scarlett Witch) and Vision move through the decades in TV show form.
The sets are perfect and the acting by Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are spot on. It reminds me of being a kid and watching shows at my grandparents house such as Dick Van Dyke and The Brady Bunch. Of course WandaVision also includes a superhero twist and mysterious happenings in the neighborhood. Marsha Brady never had to deal with that. Regardless, I wanted to make a Wanda lunch for my daughter and Vision lunch for my oldest son.
Let's just say it was much harder than I originally thought. I ended up using more of a comic book look and feel for both lunches mixed with a TV and logo from WandaVision. I guess it's hard to create Elizabeth Olsen's face using a tortilla? Read below to see what I used to create both lunches.
Ingredients:
Wanda: Flour tortilla, whole wheat tortilla, blueberries, cheese, strawberries, Twizzlers, Babybel cheese, sliced meat.
Vision: red apple, cheese, cream cheese, black food coloring, yellow gummy candy, flour tortilla, whole wheat tortilla, Babybel cheese, sliced meat.
Directions:
1. For Wanda, create her face out of flour tortilla with white cheese and blueberry eyes. Her hair is Twizzlers and her hat and lips are strawberries. The logo for both her and Vision are made from flour and whole wheat tortilla.
2. For Vision, his head is made of red apple while the "metal" on his head is cream cheese mixed with black food coloring. His eyes are made of white cheese while the armor on on his chest and shoulders is cheddar cheese. The yellow soul stone is gummy candy.
3. The Babybel cheese was cut into a heart shape using a vegetable/fruit cutter.
4. The TV is made from cheese, sliced meat, and whole wheat tortilla.
Check out WandaVision and tell me what you think is going on there and what your favorite time period from the show is!

Assuming power undermines totally is it conceivable our framework is totally bad? The Senator in the X-men film took in his example somewhat late.

Thanks for sharing the information. Use era-specific ingredients, like classic American diner foods or vintage desserts, and style them with a retro presentation. Incorporate colors or symbols linked to the characters, like red for Wanda's powers. Use molds, decorations, and plating to create a visually themed dish that reflects the show's unique aesthetic.
