If you're a parent, you know summertime is packed with hot weather, fun activities, and kids always asking for more snacks! The strawberries and blueberries looked fresh and fantastic, but you can use whatever fruit is available. More importantly, use the fruit that your kids will eat! For the finishing touch I put a little bit of refreshing mint on top, although this part is optional.
